Located on the beautiful Kitsap Peninsula, Clear Creek Trail is almost 8 miles from Silverdale Waterfront Park on Dyes Inlet north to Trigger Avenue. It follows Clear Creek as it meanders through riparian areas, wetlands, and remnant forests. Hard to believe it's in the middle of a highly developed urban area.

Spring Stewardship Activity
Clear Creek is a salmon bearing stream. Removing trash from its riparian areas removes pollutants and supports the health of Clear Creek’s salmon habitat.
Join the Clear Creek Task Force for this family friendly event on Saturday, May 11th for some spring cleaning along the trail.
Meet at the Clear Creek Sa'qad Interpretive Center at 2:00 pm and we'll go until 6p. Make the most of your Saturday making new friends and getting your good deed done!
It's a rain or shine event, so dress appropriately. Come when you can and leave when you must!

Discovery Play Day - Birds!

Join the Clear Creek Task Force and Silverdale Librarian Aleah Jurnecka to explore the outdoors at our exploration of birds.
This outdoor adventure in learning will begin with storytime with Miss Aleah, a craft or two and birders set up along the trail to spy birds in the marshes, ponds and air.
There are many special things about birds. For one, they have feathers. No other animal has them. Birds come in an amazing variety of colors and sizes. And bird beaks are specially designed to allow birds to gather bugs or nectar or seeds or grasses.
Make diy binoculars, here's how:
Gather 2 cardboard tp rolls, construction paper or stickers for decoration, colorful tape, yarn, hole punch. Cut out a piece of construction paper to fit around each toilet paper roll, glue or tape the rolls together. Punch a couple of holes on the outside of each tube and tie a string to hang around your neck. Decorate your binoculars adding stickers, drawings or colorful yarns!
